Ven. Fedor will lead another cycle of Lam Rim for the last 20 days of the retreat, with the emphasis on bodhicitta and emptiness section. Ven Namdrol and Ven Yvonne, two nuns who will attend the retreat, will lead regularly meditations every day.

The remainder of the retreat will be self led.

This retreat is suitable for you if you want to meditate for three months on the path to enlightenment, have some background in Buddhism and and have completed some Graduated Stages of the Path studies.

The daily schedule will include meditation sessions incorporating practices for accumulating merit and purification, single pointed meditation and analytical guided meditations on Lam Rim topics.  A strong interest and commitment to Lam Rim meditation is helpful.

This is what Lama Zopa Rinpoche says about meditating on the Lam Rim: "When the first Masters Program finished I asked the students to do a one-year retreat on the Lam-Rim after studying for eight years. The students that followed my advice and went to Osel Ling in Spain to do retreat for nine months found it very beneficial and they said everyone must do retreat. They really agreed that the retreat was beneficial."
